Our core promise
Your screenshot never leaves your browser. All image processing and word solving happens on your device, in JavaScript, client-side. We do not upload, receive, store, or transmit the images you drop into the solver.
What we do collect
- Anonymous page analytics (privacy-friendly, no personal data, no cross-site tracking).
- If you purchase Premium: your email address and subscription status, handled by our payments processor (Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record).
- If you contact us: whatever you include in your message.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies. Your daily solve counter is stored in your browser's localStorage, not in a cookie, and is never sent to our servers. Advertising cookies (if AdSense is enabled) are controlled by Google and follow their policies.
Your rights
You can request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing hello@puzzlelens.com. For Premium subscribers, this includes your account and subscription. We respond within 30 days.
